About the team

The DataPower or in short DP layer acts as the gateway for all the APIs published both externally and internally by Merchant Solutions (MS). DataPower is a hardware appliance from IBM under the product name IBM DataPower Gateway (IDG). Its secure and a hardened device which has the capability of high-volume transaction handling and act as a secure gateway. DataPower connects to backend layer of EAPI Webservices and web Methods.

What you will be doing:

\xe2\xa6\x81 Perform support activities required to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or

moreapplications including incident/problem analysis and resolution, change deployment and certification,

application performance, application operations management and development support.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Maintenance of DataPower and API connect for PROD and Non Prod environment.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Integration services using Websphere Datapower XI52, and transformation file using IBM Websphere Transformation

\xe2\xa6\x81 Deployments and deployment issues by analyzing logs.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Development of API\'s and MPG\'s on integration Layer using API Connect and DataPower.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Zero tolerance to production defects.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Quality development with no known vulnerabilities

\xe2\xa6\x81 Capable of being Cross Utilized for developing multiple Products & applications

\xe2\xa6\x81 Open to learn new technologies like AWS or Azure.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Be proactive in raising concern about foreseen risks.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Collaborate with team members and stakeholder

\xe2\xa6\x81 Prepare presentation along with complete documentation & Training material to share knowledge with the team on

any new topic learnt.

\xe2\xa6\x81 API Management

\xe2\xa6\x81 Certificate Management

\xe2\xa6\x81 ITIL \xe2\x80\x93 Basic understanding

\xe2\xa6\x81 Deployments

\xe2\xa6\x81 Firmware Upgrades

\xe2\xa6\x81 Technical Troubleshooting
