Should have an understanding of french desserts like petit gateaux, eclairs, entremet etcetera
Should be able to develop new products
Job Responsibility
Lead the team to accomplish day to day production
Keep the kitchen and work in an organised manner
Ensure movement of raw materials through FIFO
Maintain Stockroom
Maintain Equipments and tools
Ensure uniform code is followed by every individual
Manage the weekly off schedule of kitchen staffs
Skills Required
Should be able to work with fondant art
Should be able to laminate a croissant dough
Should be able to make artisan breads like ciabatta, baguette, sourdough
Should be able to make petit gateaux
Should be able to make basic pastry and cookie items
This position will be the senior most position in the kitchen so apply only if you are serious with work and can take responsibilities

Pay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
