Assist in sourcing candidates by posting job openings and screening resumes.
Employee records and administration
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and properly filed.
Assist with administrative tasks like data entry, mail merges, and managing HR software.
Payroll and compliance
Help with payroll processing and ensure the timely distribution of payslips.
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Employee engagement and development
Support the organization of training sessions and help track employee training and development.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
