Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the hotel's online marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and boost online bookings. The role involves managing digital campaigns, social media, SEO, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Manage and update hotel website content, images, and promotions regularly. Optimize website for SEO and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and online ads. Monitor and manage the hotel's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Respond to online reviews and inquiries on platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, and OTAs. Coordinate with designers and photographers for visual content creation. Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and ROI. Assist in email marketing campaigns and subscriber list management. Stay updated with digital trends and recommend new tools or platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing, and analytics tools. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS. Excellent content writing and visual storytelling skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Creative thinking and data-driven mindset.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
