Job Summary: Compensation analysts support the Human Resources department by analyzing and determining employee\'s compensation. This job requires professionals to have experience with compensation research and data analysis.Duties/Responsibilities: Participate in Market data review process and analyze results of compensation surveys uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends. Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position. Prepares and maintains job classifications. Provide analysis of data and make recommendations, as appropriate. Manage salary structure creation and maintenance. Utilize excel-based reporting to build models and analyze data. Prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information. Assist in incentive plan design and implementation as required. Reconcile employee sales compensation plans and payments and ensure accuracy. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Serve as a subject matter expert for all areas under the scope of responsibilities. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Must have advanced level Microsoft Excel skills Must have strong quantitative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with ability to research and analyze various types of data Experience working with large amounts of data Maintaining highest level of confidentiality Education and Experience: Bachelor\'s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required. 2+ years relevant work experience
