Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients through various social media platforms, demonstrating our value proposition and solutions.
  • Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of prospects, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the sales team.
  • Effective Communication: Craft persuasive emails and ensure timely follow-ups to engage prospects, address inquiries, and move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct targeted cold calls to identify opportunities and introduce our products/services to potential clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and present monthly reports detailing key performance indicators, allowing data-driven decision-making for strategy refinement.
  • Freelancing Platforms: Place bids and actively engage on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and others to identify and secure project-based opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Office Tools: Demonstrate proficiency in using Google Sheets, Docs, and Presentations to efficiently organize, document, and collaborate on business development activities.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to provide strategic insights.
  • Sales Collateral: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and presentations.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to prioritize efforts effectively.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, ensuring a consistent and impactful client engagement process.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated on service knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
