The details are as below: Profile: Full Time: Business Analyst - IT Experience: 0.6 Year - 1.5 years with following knowledge is preferred Skills : - Requirement gathering, creating BRD, FRD, and other BA documents. - Experience in writing user stories. - Experience in conducting various kinds of requirement gathering activities such as group discussions, interviews, and surveys - Client Communication - Working with the development team and getting the work done - Creating Project Progress Reports -Efficiency in tools like Draw.io, Miro, Basecamp, Jira, and Redmine. (Added Advantage) - Project Planning, sprint planning using Agile Methodology and Waterfall (Mandatory). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Should have experience working with overseas customers. - Comfortable with flexible working hours. - Product management would be an added advantage.
