As a Recruiter at IIDE, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
Job Function:
Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conducting initial telephonic interviews with candidates.
Utilizing our HR automation and portal automation systems.
Shortlisting candidates and sharing their details with hiring managers.
Scheduling and confirming interviews according to the availability of both the hiring manager and candidates.
Posting, updating, and removing job ads from job portals like Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.
Verifying candidates\xe2\x80\x99 backgrounds by contacting references.
Sending offer or rejection letters or emails to candidates.
Onboarding new hires.
Overseeing daily operations of the HR department.
Preparing HR-related reports on Google Sheets.
Skills Required:
A graduate or postgraduate degree in HRM or a similar field.
At least 1 year of experience in human resources, with experience in recruitment preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail are critical.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Strong laptop and telephonic communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
