To assist the Food & Beverage Service team in delivering courteous, efficient, and quality service to guests while learning service standards, operational procedures, and hospitality etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up restaurants, banquet halls, and service areas as per standards
Welcome guests courteously and assist in seating arrangements
Serve food and beverages under supervision following service protocols
Clear tables, replenish service ware, and maintain cleanliness of the outlet
Assist in buffet setup, live counters, and replenishment during service
Learn and follow hygiene, safety, and food handling practices
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
Handle guest requests politely and escalate issues to seniors when required
Maintain grooming and personal hygiene standards at all times
Support senior staff during peak hours and special events
Learning & Training Responsibilities:
Understand basic menu knowledge and service styles
Learn order-taking procedures and POS system
Observe and practice standard service etiquette and guest interaction
Follow instructions and feedback provided by supervisors
Requirements / Skills:
Basic communication skills in English
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Physically fit to stand for long hours
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Qualification:
Minimum: 10th / 12th pass or Diploma or Graduate in Hotel Management
Freshers / trainees welcome
Experience:
Not mandatory (training will be provided)
