We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our multiple restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving growth across our outlets.
? ? Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee daily operations of restaurants ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
? Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices.
? Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.
? Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational targets.
? Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
? Drive customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
? Work closely with senior management to plan expansion and business growth.
? ? Requirements:
? Bachelor's/ Master degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management
? 5-7 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
? Strong leadership and people management skills.
? Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
? Proven track record in operations, cost optimization, and customer service.
? ? Location: Raniganj, able to move Asansol & Durgapur as per the requirement
