Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Design & Product Development Manager at Elan Jewels in Surat. The Jewelry Design & Product Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as market research, research and development (R&D), product management. The manager will oversee the design and development of new jewelry collections, conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, manage the Cads, and collaborate with the production team for successful product launches. Qualifications Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Research and Development (R&D) skills Product Management and Product Development Strong knowledge of jewelry design and manufacturing processes Strong skills to Alazyse CAD\'s Experience in managing and leading a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Familiarity with the latest trends in the jewelry industry Bachelor\'s degree in Jewelry Design, or related field Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
