Introduction to the Profile

We are looking for innovative and enthusiastic technologists with passion for writing

high quality code to join our Engineering team at Chandigarh.

You will be part of a dynamic and talented technology global team delivering and

supporting Fintech product platform built with latest technology stack to meet the

growth needs of the business. As part of the engineering team, you will have the

opportunity to work on a leading edge technology solutions platform primarily on

web and server side applications.

You will be working on solutions based on JavaScript/Node JS/React/Angular and

other UI frameworks and a host of other cutting edge enterprise strength

technologies. You will be responsible for independently analyzing problems and

providing solutions by leveraging technology that fits the best. Out of box thinking is

expected.

You will be collaborating with the Product, Quality and Operational teams to ensure

the designed service is fully operational with streamlined process and procedures for

ongoing support and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

\xef\x82\xb7 Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to

front-end requests.

\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.

\xef\x82\xb7 Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business

processes.

\xef\x82\xb7 Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and

efficient code.

\xef\x82\xb7 Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and

storage solutions.

\xef\x82\xb7 Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.

\xef\x82\xb7 Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as

preparing reports.

\xef\x82\xb7 Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and

technologies.

\xef\x82\xb7 Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

\xef\x82\xb7 **Should have scored 70% & above in 10th and 12th grade.

\xef\x82\xb7 A Minimum of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or related software

engineering discipline, or equivalent

\xef\x82\xb7 At least two years\' experience as a Node.js developer.

\xef\x82\xb7 Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.

\xef\x82\xb7 Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

\xef\x82\xb7 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

\xef\x82\xb7 Great organizational and time management skills.

\xef\x82\xb7 Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business

hours.

\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with Data Structures and Algorithms is highly preferred.

\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to learn quickly and independently

\xef\x82\xb7 Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions

\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal)

\xef\x82\xb7 Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal

ownership of problem resolution

\xef\x82\xb7 Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams to define

and deliver on projects.
