Sr. Lead SDE MEAN stack at Barco NOIDA
We are seeking highly accomplished Software Developer who can be part of the SaaS Product Development group at Barco Noida. The person should preferably have worked as Software Developer in any Cloud product development organization and has experience in developing and delivering software products in agile methodology. The person should be driven and should have a great combination software design, technical and communication skills. The right candidate should be passionate about software and technology, product development, excellent communicator, comfortable with ambiguity, and can move fast, collaborator.

About the Role
Sr. Lead SDE MEAN stack will be part of one of our Agile Squad in Barco SaaS Product Development group. He/She will be leading design and development of next generation feature of Barco SaaS solution. He/She will be collaborating with product managers, product owners, customers, Agile squads, Architects in different teams and time-zones to understand the need of the customer and implement the value. He/She will be closely monitoring latest industry trends in technologies for possible use and share the same with team.
Specific details about the role are as follows:
You will work closely with Developers and Product Owners, System and Solution architects as well as DevOps Architects across different locations to design and implement quality product increments
You will be involved in and expected to lead and contribute on design, development of functional and nonfunctional components for scalable, resilient and reliable multi-tenant Barco Cloud Services.
You will also be involved in Supportability, Serviceability and Deployability aspect of Cloud Services which can help Barco Software Development groups achieve desired SLA for their cloud services.
You will guide and mentor the fellow colleagues.

About the Successful Candidate
The successful candidate is a self-motivated leader who can deal with complex problems, has a vision to take the organization to the next level. He/She should be able to understand complex SaaS product requirements and should have excellent stake holder management capabilities. The candidate must be experienced in developing applications as well and should be able to understand the complexities of software development for Cloud. He/She should be able to lead technical discussions with stakeholders and SCRUM team.

Preferred Skills and Experience
We are seeking experience with the following technologies/domains:
B. Tech./B. E./M. E./M. Tech. in Computer Science/ Electronics Engineering
10-12 years of full stack development experience, 4 years of relevant experience working with cloud applications developed in Node.js, Angular technologies
Full stack developer with good proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js, Angular, HTML5, ELK, Grafana/Graphite
Working experience with SQL and NoSQL (mongo, cosmos, cassandra) databases
Experienced in Test driven development (TDD) using frameworks like Mocha, Karma, good experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices. Experience of working with source code control tools like git, bitbucket.
Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting reusable and maintainable APIs and services
Good experience in designing cloud native, scalable SaaS products with microservices based architecture on AWS or Azure cloud
Good experience in leading technical tracks in product development.
Proven ability to develop and ship high quality software products in Agile development environments.
Should have high emotional quotient, self-driven and shows technology leadership in complex and ambiguous situations.
