1 Required Experience Competences of strong hands on experience in Java application development and considerable experience in BPM and BPMN 2 0 standards 2 Relevant experience in Java stack technologies Microservices REST JSON Maven Gradle and Spring framework tools such as SpringBoot Experience in working with any BPM product 3 Camunda or Flowable which is lightweight Java based BPM is desired 4 Design an end to end BPM application with Spring Boot 5 Ability to configure BPM Workflow process steps and business rule decision tables 6 Hands on experience with BPMN and has experience in translating business requirements to a BPM process 7 Experience in developing applications for event architectures using Apache Confluent Kafka Experience is advantage
