Description: Job Role: Training (Talent Development) Analyst
Training Location:GV,Bangalore
Years of Experience : 3-5 years of experience
Shift timings :9am to 7pm
Travel required:
Based on requirements have to travel
Responsibilities
- Prepare/upgrade training content as per the training objectives
- Conduct training sessions virtual or in-person
- Observe and evaluate performance of the participants
- Summarize and share the training reports as per the process
- Deliver all tasks assigned by the manager as per agreed schedule
- Leverage all learning resources available (CATALYS/Percipio/others)
- Keep learning and upgrading skills to contribute effectively towards training
- Core Java
- JSP Servlet
- HTML5 CSS, Java Script, Bootstrap, Angular
- Hibernate
- Spring
- Webservices
- Oracle/MySql
- Good communication skill
