Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Technical Lead to join our team at CIAR Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. As the Java Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and providing technical guidance for the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications. You will also be involved in system architecture, code reviews, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in Java development
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring framework, and Hibernate
• Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, and MySQL
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
• Experience with system architecture and design
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java developers and provide technical guidance
• Participate in the complete software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and design specifications
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure Java applications
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Java applications
• Identify and resolve technical issues and provide timely solutions
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team
