Job Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of development projects.


Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.


Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.


Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.


Define and track KPIs for project performance, team velocity, and Agile maturity.


Create dashboards and reports for leadership visibility


Technical Oversight:


hands-on Java person who can provide technical guidance to the team on any dev/enhancement tasks that the team may receive.


Also, should be able to estimate the dev tasks, understand the internal platform RTB tasks, get involved in technical discussion with the wider client team


Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and constraints.


Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making.


Stakeholder Management:


Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.


Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
