Role Overview


As a Tech Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, cloud-native applications using the Java and NodeJS related Product Suite. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, drive automation, and support migration initiatives across business units.




Key Responsibilities:


Develop and enhance Java applications using modern frameworks (Micronaut, Spring).


Resolve complex issues in Java and NodeJS applications.


Author comprehensive migration documentation and support teams through migration initiatives.


Participate in framework discussions and provide technical insights.


Implement and integrate OpenAPI code generation and automation tools (Copilot, Renovate, OpenRewrite).


Enable and support serverless deployment features and integrations (AWS Lambda, Terracore, IacLego).


Contribute to the development and enhancement of Dynamic Config APIs and other platform tools.


Address application upgrade challenges and automate upgrade processes.


Mentor junior developers and interns, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.


Ensure feature parity, security, and compliance across products.


Collaborate on resolving pipeline and deployment challenges (Stratum pipelines).


Required Skills 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Java development.


Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures and microservices.


Proficiency with Micronaut Or Spring Or NojeJS and related Java or NodeJS frameworks.


Experience with RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and code generation tools. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and DevOps practices. Exposure to serverless architectures (AWS Lambda) and containerization.


Problemsolving skills and ability to address technical debt and upgrade automation.Excellent documentation and communication skills.


Ability to mentor and collaborate effectively within a team.




Preferred Skill


Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Python is a plus.


Knowledge of security standards, JWT, and enterprise authentication.Familiarity with Circuit Breaker, Dynamic Config, API Inventory, and CI and CD pipelines.
