Handling projects by proper planning while anticipating potential problems and planning for contingencies. \xe2\x97\x8f Team Orientation- Seeks and accepts advice, suggestions, and constructive criticism from other team members to achieve team goals; Gets involved in team activities and helps the team grow. \xe2\x97\x8f Contributions - Goes through technical newsgroups and Blogs to keep him/her updated and contributes to these Blogs and newsgroups. \xe2\x97\x8f Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x97\x8f BE/B-Tech /MCA or any equivalent degree in Computer Science OR related practical experience. \xe2\x97\x8f 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in developing systems or equivalent web-based applications/systems for Enterprise scale platforms and solutions. \xe2\x97\x8f 3+ years of development experience on JAVA stack e.g., Java, REST APIs, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Gradle/Maven, Linux, Containers, Hibernate, Postgresql, OAuth, Spring Security. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with design and development of micro-services and multi-tier system for large enterprises \xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in creating and consuming RESTful services. \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of authorization frameworks (e.g., OAuth 2, SAML, JWT) \xe2\x97\x8f MSSQL or PostGreSQL or Oracle database development \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with Cloud Service Providers, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with troubleshooting issues and assisting to mitigate issues, including root cause analysis \xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with unit testing patterns (TDD/BDD) and methodologies. \xe2\x97\x8f Application performance evaluation and tuning skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery. \xe2\x97\x8f Understanding of Agile software development principles, including experience participating in a Scrum-based delivery team.
