:

Strong programming knowledge of building API in Java for cloud environment (Docker/Containerization)

Preferred cloud environment is GCP, while Azure / AWS would also work.

Web services design and implementation using REST / SOAP and Java is a plus

5 - 8 years of software development experience. Hands-on expertise with application design, software development, and automated testing.

Design, develop, and implement RESTful and/or SOAP APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

Develop and maintain scalable and reliable backend services for cloud-native applications.

Collaborate with front-end developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate APIs.

Ensure API security, performance, and scalability in a cloud environment.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, including unit and integration tests (e.g., JUnit).

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment in the cloud.

Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, Java frameworks, and API design best practices.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and engineering standards.
