As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the development of software applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in software development and a strong understanding of Microservices, Maven, Tomcat, MongoDB, Web Servers, Nexus, Spring Boot, CI/CD, Oracle, Confluence, Java, JPA, SVN, Apache, Postgresql, Scrum Methodology, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring, Telecom and CRM, REST, MySql, Agile, Hibernate, Webservices, Eclipse, Application Design, Postman, DevOps, Jira, Apache Tomcat, SOAP, and Junit. You should also have a strong understanding of hybrid work modes and be able to effectively manage a remote team.
