JAVA Developer


Seasoned IT software delivery professional with an experience of 4+ years of hands-on development.

Expert at following technology sets -Proficiency in Java, JEE, and Node.js platforms.

Experience with containers, specifically NestJS and Spring Boot.

Strong understanding of Spring, Apache, TypeORM, and Spring JPA libraries.

High proficiency with development environments and tools such as IntelliJ IDEA or Visual Studio Code (VSCode).

Familiarity with API development and testing tools including Swagger, REST, GraphQL, Insomnia, and Postman.

Experience with messaging technologies like IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, and Apache Kafka.

Skilled in using testing frameworks like JUnit and Jest, and mocking frameworks like EasyMock.

Familiarity with AWS technologies. Experience with agile / continuous delivery paradigms of software development and with extreme programming (XP) techniques is a key.Should be an expert craftsman on test first model of Test-Driven Development (TDD). Expert at putting in continuous integration and build/release automation practices.

Has ability to envision design for complex functional and technical problems while incrementally evolving the implementation in simple progressive steps of deliveries.

Mandatory Skills

Java/J2EE, Spring Framework - Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Integration

Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture & Design Patterns

ORM Frameworks - JPA/Hibernate, Working experience with both REST and SOAP services

Knowledge of Cloud computing (Basic Principals, Basic Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP)

Docker & Kubernetes (AKS/EKS),

Messaging Tool - IBM MQ, Build Tools - Maven/Gradle, CI/CD tools

Jenkins, Monitoring Tools - ELK, Version Control - Git Branching Strategy

Basic Knowledge of SQL/Stored Procedures

Knowledge of JUnit/Mockito frameworks

Understanding of Enterprise Security/Auth (OAuth2/SSO/Keycloak)

Familiar with AI tools like GitHub Copilot.
