We\'re looking for Java Developers, to:

• provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
• analyse business requirements for the new Digital Banking within Wealth Management Americas
• design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages
• providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
• conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
• see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production

Your team

You will be joining the world\'s largest wealth manager, UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM), team which provides comprehensive advice, solutions and services to wealthy families and individuals around the world. Clients who work with UBS benefit from a fully integrated set of wealth management capabilities and expertise, including wealth planning, investment management, capital markets, banking, lending and institutional and corporate financial advice.

GWM - US provides advice-based solutions through financial advisors who deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals and families. It includes the domestic US business, the domestic Canadian business and international business booked in the US.

Your expertise

• experience in Application Architecture and delivery (using HTML, Javascript, Node.js / React JS, Java/Python,

Spring etc.),

• proficiency in Java 8, Spring Framework with SpringBoot, Gradle/Maven
• proven experience in development using React JS, Typescript, HTML5, CSS, Node and hands-on

experience with RESTful services

• experience on micro services based architecture and relational databases
• able to develop Java/J2EE based applications using well known Java frameworks (i.e. Hibernate, Spring)

and software integration techniques like REST API services
experience in working as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Flow Manager or similar relevant roles.

• experienced in training teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean with special interest in role based trainings like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Kanban Flow manager etc.
• enthusiastic and engaging, to be a source of motivation for individuals and teams and able to lead teams to self-organization
• a strong sense of continuous improvement to continually be growing one\'s own craft, learning new tools and sharing techniques across community.
