Job Description
- Must have strong experience in Core Java, Multithreading, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL.
- The hands-on individual is responsible for producing excellent code quality, and adhering to expected coding standards and industry best practices.
- Have good fundamental knowledge of Microservices, Rest Services, and DB Querying. JMS, TDD, JQuery, etc are good to have.
- The role requires members to work directly with clients on a day-on-day basis.
- Knowledge in Design Patterns, Design principles & Memory Management
- Excellent Problem-solving/Troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable performing TDD/Unit testing.
- Good understanding of requirements elicitation and specification.
- High levels of ownership and commitment to deliverables.
- Effective communication with clients and stakeholders to explore a technical problem or clarify requirement specifications.
- Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture.
- Understanding of performance engineering.
- Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques.
- Basic understanding of project domain.
- Ability to translate functional/non-functional requirements to systems requirements.
- Ability to design and code complex programs.
- Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications.
- Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Awareness of the latest technologies and trends.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
