Taleo Title The global IT and Cyber landscape are continuously changing due to digitalization, market requirements, regulatory reforms, and cyber threats. As a result, there has been increased pressure from the board of directors and investors to seek support. EY as a trusted advisor, clients from all industries look to us for trusted solutions for their increasingly complex risks. We are looking for people with an extensive experience in working with Japanese stakeholders to delivery consultancy services.
Your key responsibilities

• Japanese IT Consultant has primary responsibility for driving EY’s consulting projects including but not limited to the following:
• Understand clients' cultures and operations
• Be part of project delivery team on consulting and guide the non-Japanese speak stakeholders in understanding the client expectations
• Learn information security and IT domains specific to the project requirements
• Leverage industry leading practice and trends to provide valuable insights to clients
• Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs.
• Support in Japanese projects including development of project charters and plans, budget activities, project execution and successful implementation of the planned solution.
• Prioritize tasks and work accurately under pressure in order to meet deadlines.

• Must have flair in understanding technologies
• Should be able to read and write Japanese
• Work closely with Japanese speaking people
• A fair IT Network understanding
• Manage project and ensure quality of deliverables
• Past experience in delivery project for Japanese clients
• Has experience working in client facing roles and leading teams in the execution of assessments Experience of working in any IT/ITES would be advantage
• Knowledge of IT, Network, Security solutions would be an added advantage
• Experiencing in driving Japanese projects with more than 2 team members
• Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent writing and communication skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's degree / graduate degree in a related field and approximately 8+ years of related work experience
• JPLT N2/N3 is a must
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong experience in leading medium to large engagements and experienced staffs

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Work experience in Japan or project delivered in Japanese language
• A bilingual person with IT and Information Security understanding
