Job Description

Role: JMeter Technical Tester Experience: 3+ Years Mode: Contract Duration: 6 months Type: Remote Shift Timings: 1pm - 10pm Mandatory Skills: Design, develop, and execute performance and resilience test scenarios and scripts using JMeter. Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks and performance issues, and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with development and QA teams to establish performance benchmarks and ensure adherence to performance standards. Monitor system performance during testing to identify potential issues and provide actionable insights. Conduct root cause analysis and work with developers to resolve performance-related issues. Prepare and present test reports, highlighting performance trends and areas for improvement. Contribute to the development of performance testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with JMeter for performance and resilience testing. Proven experience in designing and executing performance test plans and strategies. Solid understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with other performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, Gatling, or WebLoad is a plus. Knowledge of the insurance industry and its processes is a bonus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve performance issues. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
