We are currently seeking a ITSM Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\xc4\x81taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

NTT DATA is looking for a motivated ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and training end users to join our Business Process practice. This position is a unique opportunity for someone with high-energy and a desire to develop their consulting skills and technical knowledge in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, collaborative and fun environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with and support our Business Process Consultants during client workshops and throughout ServiceNow Implementations

\xc2\xb7 Capture business requirements, work with process flow diagrams, and document business cases

\xc2\xb7 Partner with project leadership teams to write, review, and maintain user stories

\xc2\xb7 Document end-to-end process flow

\xc2\xb7 Prepare training materials and lead client fulfiller training sessions

\xc2\xb7 Primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skillset with HRSD and experience with Integration between the modules.

Basic Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 1+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience

\xc2\xb7 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, or similar role, working with customers, documenting and gathering requirements, and developing test scripts and training material for technology deployments

\xc2\xb7 1+ years ITSM experience

\xc2\xb7 1+ years HRSD experience

\xc2\xb7 1+ years Integration experience (with ITSM and HRSD)
