We are currently seeking a ITSM Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN). NTT DATA is looking for a motivated ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and training end users to join our Business Process practice. Work closely with and support our Business Process Consultants during client workshops and throughout ServiceNow Implementations . Capture business requirements, work with process flow diagrams, and document business cases . Partner with project leadership teams to write, review, and maintain user stories . Document end-to-end process flow . Prepare training materials and lead client fulfiller training sessions . Primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skillset with HRSD and experience with Integration between the modules. Basic Qualifications: . 1+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience . 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, or similar role, working with customers, documenting and gathering requirements, and developing test scripts and training material for technology deployments . 1+ years ITSM experience . 1+ years HRSD experience . 1+ years Integration experience (with ITSM and HRSD) #LI-INCDTS
