Service Management is a cornerstone of our modernization and digitization efforts at Cognizant. ServiceNow is the strategic Platform Cognizant leverages to deliver Enterprise and IT Service Management, as a major contributor to modernizing the way we work. Leveraging ServiceNow\'s capabilities will be key in transforming our enterprise IT operations. To deliver these capabilities across Cognizant\'s enterprise we require a proven, experienced Program Director to drive the governance, planning, financial controls, cadence, and alignment of communications across the program.

Core Accountabilities

\xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge on CMDB & Service Mapping.

\xc2\xb7 Implementation experience in ServiceNow Discovery & IRE modules.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules: Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management, Orchestration, CMDB and Asset Management.

\xc2\xb7 Implements the governance, policy, and direction of the CMDB

\xc2\xb7 Works closely with the CMDB Governance, Asset Management, Application and ITSM teams

\xc2\xb7 Works with the Discovery administrator to ensure accurate data representation in the CMDB

\xc2\xb7 Works with owners of data sources that are used to populate the CMDB

\xc2\xb7 Works with the CMDB Health Dashboard to ensure data quality and resolve issues

\xc2\xb7 Maintains and operates the ServiceNow ITOM based products (discovery, service mapping, configuration management, event management)

\xc2\xb7 Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports supporting CMDB Metrics and KPIs

\xc2\xb7 Experience with ServiceNow CMDB design, architecture and implementations

\xc2\xb7 Hands on with ServiceNow integrations to AWS APIs, Azure, VMware, Puppet/Chef/Ansible, Containers/Docker, integration & automation expertise with 3rd parties.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of various discovery technologies (ADDM, TADDM, DDMA/UD, etc.)

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of various service modelling techniques (TPL, TQL, etc.)

\xc2\xb7 Experience integrating ServiceNow with various event management platforms (Netcool, HPOM, BPPM, etc).

\xc2\xb7 Desire IT Ops experience in storage, network and compute of enterprise environments

Minimum Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.S./M.Tech. from Computer Science, Electronics and Communications and Electrical Engineering fields with an excellent academic record

\xc2\xb7 Total Experience in ServiceNow development- 4 Years.

\xc2\xb7 3+ years\' experience with ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMP, Integration Hub, IRE)

\xc2\xb7 Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform in general and Integration tools

\xc2\xb7 Experience working within Agile delivery methodology, SAFe Agile preferred

Preferred Certifications:

\xc2\xb7 ITIL V4 foundation certification

\xc2\xb7 ServiceNow Sys Admin, Discovery

\xc2\xb7 Service Mapping, event management
