Key Responsibilities Define, create and manage the retail network chain IT infra. IT Infra includes - Electrical Circuits and backup powers Telecommunication cabling and service Data Network Racks, cabling, Switches, Routers and Firewall Data Service ILL, Broadband or other data service In-house Server, Server OS, Database server Dedicated server, shared hosting server and service Cloud hosting, Shared resources, VPN, WAN, SDWAN Client Computers, OS, policy and provisioning Key Requisites Digital certificates, SSL, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, web security architecture. Familiarity with application and operating system hardening, vulnerability assessments, security audits, penetration testing, intrusion prevention system. Manage and monitor QoS of network service Data security and compliance Storage and Backup technologiesand devices Collaboration tools ( Projects / Calendar / shared drive / Video conference solution / Communication channels ). Audit tools ( CCTV, Controlled access and Biometric systems) Excellent language fluency, good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
