About this Opportunity

The ITFM Analytics Senior Analyst will play a key role as a data analyst supporting the client-facing ITFM team. The analyst will focus on maintaining data integrity of labor and infrastructure expense as well as delivering clear and concise reporting. Success in the role will be measured by proactive maintenance of data integrity via reconciliation with disparate source systems, engagement with the ITFM team to assimilate real-time updates and manipulation of large datasets into actionable reporting. To support the success of this role, the individual will work closely with FP&A partners, HR partners, Procurement partners and other CFO org partners to understand source systems' data taxonomies and data management processes. This individual will be empowered to challenge existing data management and reporting structure and processes in order recommend or implement improvements. What you'll do: Headcount Metadata Management
  • Regular reconciliation of headcount between latest forecast and source systems (Fieldglass, Oracle)
  • Coordination of IT reorganization processing with IT Governance and Human Resources
  • Tracking of open requisitions (TBHs) with Human Resources
Reporting and Communication
  • Collaborate with client-facing ITFM team
  • Manage the data sources and reports in regards to monthly forecasts, annual budget, monthly reporting and ad-hoc analyses
  • Continuously enhance automation of reporting and business intelligence capabilities to support ITFM team
  • Attend client meetings to provide support as needed
  • Partner with the broader Finance team to answer ad-hoc requests
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Additional Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills is a must (familiar with Excel formula and graphing functions and be able how to combine them to manipulate data sources and produce advanced reporting)
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Oracle accounting software (Hyperion).
