The Role: ITDR and Risk Management SDM.

The Team: Service Delivery Management is responsible for providing a platform and seamless delivery of DTS infrastructure Services to our internal customers. Service Delivery Management will ensure DTS infrastructure services are accessible and available to our customers.

The Impact: Manage the implementation and day-to-day functions related to creating ITDR Plans and Procedures and Risk Assessment review. Responsible for interfacing with tower leads across DTS, while also supporting these leads for the purpose of planning, directing, controlling, and maintaining the contingency planning effort and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities:

Risk

• Assist technology and divisional leads in identification and tracking of Infrastructure risks
• Provide first level of review of risk assessments and exceptions to ensure sufficient information is included in requests.

ITDR

• Assist leads in maintaining ITDR plans and procedures for a 7x24 global delivery model.
• Provide guidance and act as subject matter expert as it pertains to ITDR.
• Identify and communicate any gaps between business recovery requirements and ITDR capabilities.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across all areas of DTS to develop, facilitate, and perform the ITDR program
• Scope includes DTS applications, Infra components, Datacenters

What We're Looking For:

• Candidates should have 10+ years of work experience in the relevant domains with 5+ years' experience on IT DR management and knowledge of Technology Risk Assessments
• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
• Excellent Communication skills - verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal
• Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
• Credible challenge - listening and questioning skills
• Demonstrated ability to define and analyze risks, issues; develop and present recommendations; and support the implementation of solutions
