Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a regional infrastructure strategic roadmap aligned with overall technology and business objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the regional infrastructure platform remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Design and architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance infrastructure solutions that meet the organization\'s current and future needs.
• Technical leadership for the establishment and implementation of end-to-end regional infrastructure solutions for the technologies Wireless, Switches, Identity Services Engine (ISE), DNA Center, Software Defined Access.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of wireless networks to meet quality of service standards.
• Develop and manage the regional infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Ensure the availability, security, and performance of critical infrastructure components.
• Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and to evaluate and select infrastructure solutions that align with business needs.
• Conduct regular assessments of product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
• Execute strategies for the continuous improvement of regional infrastructure platforms, keeping them aligned with business goals.
• Define and implement methodology templates across projects thereby simplifying the solutions engineering process and improving the productivity of the resources.
• Participate in IT Risk Management initiatives in line with industry and corporate Internal, External Audit and Compliance strategies.
• Develop, implement, and manage the governance framework for the regional infrastructure platforms.
• Prepare regular reports on regional infrastructure performance metrics for management.
• Monitor and report on SLA performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the governance and SLA management framework.

Qualification:

• Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, computer science or related filed.
• Proven experience as Network Architect with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and managing Network Infrastructure.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).
• Proven hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches in enterprise-level environments.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Wireless Access Points, Wireless Controllers and proficiency in wireless site survey, design, and RF planning.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco ISE architecture, components, and deployment models.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Identity Services Engine policies for authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA).
• Understanding of Cisco DNA Center architecture and capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with DNA Center fabric provisioning, automation, and assurance.
• Proficiency in implementing software-defined access (SD-Access) and policy-driven network segmentation.
• Understanding of emerging wireless technologies, such as 5G and IoT connectivity will be value added.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
