Description Role Purpose: Reckitt IT & Digital function is undergoing transformation to Products and Platforms operating model and the IT&D Director Global Integrations will play an important role in working with the Product Streams to help to grow integration as strategic assets and evolve from the siloed project-based approach to a reusability driven, productized, catalogue based, consumption-based offering. Role Responsibilities: . Integration Strategy: Develop and implement an integration strategy that aligns with the organization\'s overall goals and objectives. Identify integration opportunities, assess risks, and create a roadmap for integration initiatives. . Systems Integration: Oversee the integration of diverse systems, applications, and databases across the organization. Ensure seamless data flow, interoperability, and optimized processes. . Data Integration: Manage the integration and consolidation of data from multiple sources, such as CRM systems, ERP systems, and external platforms. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security throughout the integration process. . Product Management: Manage Integrations and products rather than projects to ensure the focus on value generation, accountability, ownership and continuous improvement. Develop roadmaps, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution within budget. . Change Management: Drive organizational change associated with integration initiatives. Communicate changes to stakeholders, address concerns, provide training and support, and facilitate a smooth transition to integrated systems and processes. . Vendor Management: Engage with external vendors and partners involved in integration projects. Evaluate vendor solutions, negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables. . Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of integration efforts. Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and user satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies. . Security and Compliance: Ensure integration initiatives comply with security and regulatory requirements. Implement appropriate security measures, conduct audits, and mitigate risks associated with data privacy and compliance standards. Skills & Experience required: . Overall, min 15+ Years of experience in Cloud based integration platforms (MuleSoft most preferred), and Minimum of 2 years of Scrum/ Agile & DevOps related exposure to: o Version control systems such as SVN, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bitbucket o CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven . Must have 4+ strong experience on various Integrations connectors / adapters, developing API, API management and developing services on Middleware platforms (SaaS, PaaS ) . Strong concepts of typical Integrations & API solutions, principles, best practices must have good analytical, solutioning and effort estimation capabilities. Technical / professional qualifications required: . B.S. / B.E./B. Tech. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred . MuleSoft certification highly desirable (4.x) . Any demonstrable experience in cross training team members will be an added advantage.
