ITAO Position Overview Job Title- IT Application Owner Location- Pune, India Role Description The IT Application Owner is overall accountable for application and/or infrastructure asset instances. The role Manages and maintains the application ensuring compliance with applicable IT policies & procedures with specific consideration to IT Management and Information Security policies. The IT Application Owner oversees the technical solutions implementation and configures applications in different environments in response to business problems. To meet the requirements of the business, the IT Application Owner actively participates in the design of the application or its components, investigates and proposes appropriate technologies to be used, promotes re-usability of existing components and contributes to the creation of frameworks. The IT Application Owner has knowledge of development methodologies, IT risk management and change management process within software development lifecycle. ITAO will be accountable for security of the application, compliance with regulations, policies and standards. ITAO will support audit function in remediation of audit findings and self-identified issues in order to reduce risk. Oversee the applications under management. Perform the application lifecycle management and strategic application planning. Initiate and manage technical projects to maintain the existing services and services levels Ensure the application compliance with Deutsche Bank policies. Manage software licenses and vendor contracts. Ensure the availability of the application documentation over the term. Ensure the smooth transition of the applications into production. Ensure the application compliance with Deutsche Bank IT policies & procedures. Onboard application onto Deutsche Bank\'s IT Risk and control related tools Interface with Internal and External Auditors for IT Audits Remediate Audit Findings, IT Risk and control related issues. Identify IT Risk and control related gaps based on the knowledge of application and Deutsche Bank policies. Ensure availability of application documentation as per Deutsche Bank\'s process Perform the strategic application planning, application lifecycle mgmt Accountable for TRM compliance and final authority for the Application stack and compliance Able to communicate information security risks and issues to business managers and others. Able to conduct investigation on security breaches in line with security policy. Able to provide detailed and specific advice regarding the managed applications. Ensure appropriate actions are taken to investigate and resolve problems in the application. Your skills and experience Degree in Business, Economics or Computer Science. +5 years relevant working experience as application owner Fluent in English, Dutch or French is a plus. Mandatory experience in financial services or large corporate environments Profound analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills Pro-active and flexible working approach Ability to think outside the box to resolve problems. Efficient and well organized, detail oriented Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices Familiarity with Project management principles. Desirable experience in Agile methodology and tooling. JIRA/Confluence. Knowledge of Application Architectures and fundamental principles of software interfaces Experience in IT Service Management, Service Now tools In-Depth Knowledge in Unix - Scripting - Linux system with Tomcat configuration (OS Redhat) - Oracle database knowledge.
