Drive Transformation Programs
Be accountable for and drive end-to-end process transformation initiatives, evaluating & proposing solutions related to the process transformation, new-age technologies, service locations, RPA opportunities; process performance management, with a focus on reducing process costs, increasing efficiency, and maximizing investment returns
Lead due-diligence exercises for business to identify target state solution; key benefits; business case & implementation charter
Identify potential areas of risk and work alongside key partners to develop mitigation actions, thereby ensuring successful achievement of business outcomes
Engage with business leadership / legal / IT / Tax to gain buy-in for various transformation initiatives being implemented for the business
Create and own the design of detailed integrated plans for the end-to-end transformation project including transitions; automation; operating model change etc.
Design & manage governance program as per Transformation guidelines with all stakeholders
Define savings tracks for each of the initiatives and drive realization of the same as defined in the business case
Drive creation & implementation of the Global Process Design to ensure services conducted by the business are clearly delineated, and that regional intricacies affiliated with specific processes are documented and socialized with the overall organization
The Successful Applicant
14+ years of work experience in a similar role preferably in Agribusiness / Commodity trading industry
Exposure to B2B Business; Supply Chain, Finance, HR will be a key differentiator
Minimum Education Qualification - CA / ICWA / MBA / Engineering Graduate
Additional experience with Project Management / Lean / Six Sigma / PMO certification will be a plus
Skills and Experience
Extensive competence in managing Global Projects covering multiple dimensions - Transition; Automation; New Technology Introduction; Process Improvements etc.
Ability to carry out process design strategy and implementation across BBS Build Out and Steady State
Extensive experience in leading small (4 - 5 members) highly skilled teams to drive successful business outcomes
Significant experience in leading strategic business improvement and end-to-end process initiatives
An understanding of the cultural / change management requirements and impact inherent in a large, complex initiatives
Proven track record of interfacing and collaborating with teams - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capability
History of successfully delivering results in a global, cross-functional environment
An understanding of shared services operating models, experience in a shared services organization
Working knowledge of leading practices in shared services; understanding of enabling technologies required to support a shared service organization
Extensive working knowledge of customer relationship management, SLAs, KPIs, metrics, and reporting
Strong communications and presentation skills, the ability to make the complex, detailed information clear and actionable, as well as strong influence management skills to gain alignment and commitment
