Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT roles across technologies.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple platforms and networks.
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds.
Prepare and submit
daily work reports
to the HR Manager.
Participate in
daily stand-up meetings
with the HR team.
Report directly to the
Manager - HR
and work towards achieving monthly/quarterly recruitment targets.
Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Ensure
target-oriented performance
with timely closure of positions.
Collaborate with recruitment agencies when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of IT recruitment experience
.
Strong understanding of technical skills, job roles, and market trends.
Proficiency in recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
Experience with AI-enabled recruitment tools
will be considered an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Immediate joiners preferred.
