Job Overview Reporting to Global EDI Manager, TE Connectivity\'s EDI Solutions Architect will help mold the strategic direction of EDI and API capabilities within the company. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of application integration and various related tools and technologies. The solution architect will also be a hands-on expert as a lead developer, spearheading the technical design and architecture including leveraging business acumen to develop the right, scalable, and user centric digital experience that yields measurable ROI for all stakeholders. The Solution Architect will manage the overall end-to-end solutioning of internal and external EDI Integration projects and research initiatives. Roles & Resposibilities Responsible for guiding and assisting IBM Sterling B2B Integrator technical operations and provide technical support to our global EDI community. Design, Development, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of B2B EDI Integrations relating to EDI mapping, partner communications, and other application interfaces in support of our 2500 plus EDI trading partners globally. .Perform all phases of analysis including problem definition, solution conceptualization, and tasks needed to complete EDI-B2B Infrastructure related projects. .Design and implement heightened security around EDI gateway and implement a security governance strategy. .Architect robust error handling and exception process by identifying various areas of failure in end-to-end EDI process .Design processes to optimize performance. .Research, design, and develop end-to-end visibility in existing EDI environment to aid in day-to-day business operations. .EDI Integration design review and evaluation for S/4 migration. .Build SAP Integration Suite and TPM POC. .Define and execute on related migration strategy. .Improve EDI application operation governance and documentation. .Design and implement extensive monitoring/improve existing monitoring for platform stability. REQUIRED/DESIRED .10+ years of experience in EDI and application integration space combined. .Proven experience and successes in creating . .Demonstrable experience in major application upgrades. .Strong experience with IBM Sterling suite of products. .Strong experience in IBM Sterling based EDI mapping and BPML. .Strong experience in communication protocols AS2, OFTP2, Rosettanet, SFTP, FTPS, SMTP, VAN. .Strong experience in data encryption techniques like PGP. .Strong experience in EDI standards: X12, EDIFACT, VDA, ODETTE, EIAJ, XML. .Strong experience in SAP and similar ERP system operations and integration methods. .Experience with Oracle, MySQL Databases. .Reasonable experience with LE, OTC, SD, AP, AR operations. .Experienced in delivering API based solutions. .Experienced in Cloud integrations with various cloud options including AWS, Boomi, Azure. .Experienced in SAP Process Integration and Cloud Integration Platform. .Experience in SAP BTP modules, Integration Suite, and TPM. .Experience in Python (Java experience will be an added advantage). .Familiarity with EDI tools like Opentext, Seeburger, Mulesoft, and others in the market. .Knowledge and exposure to Kubernetes. .Knowledge of network and firewall operations. .Experience with Oracle, MySQL Databases DESIRED QUALITIES Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
