• Windows Administration, Core OS - Windows, Windows Set-Up,

• CCNA, AD, Hardware, DHCP, DNS, Office 365.

• Seqrite Endpoint Security 7.6

• Proven expertise to respond to all systems alerts - error indicators, error messages, failures, and peripheral malfunctions

• Experience with network, application, and system troubleshooting, monitoring tools and responding to alerts, and reporting to the team.

• Good understanding of system security (client, server, system hardening standards)

• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.

• Deliver IT service and Remote support to end-users from all over the Globe.

• Troubleshooting, managing of server hardware and Operating system related issues.

• Responsible for testing and upgrading windows patches on regular basis.

• Monitoring and administrating Server, network equipment, Backup application.

• Configuration and maintenance of Backup Policy and knowledge of backup tools.

• Installation, configure and troubleshoot network end devices and windows software. Engineers.

• Monitor and maintain computer networks.

• You need to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues by understanding the nub of the problems.

• Creating and maintaining updated documentation.

• Working with technical support services to develop solutions to problems with various products\' support departments, including ISPs and hardware & software manufacturers.

• Extensive experience with active directory, Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues.

• Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis
