Provides day-to-day technical support to hotel staff across all departments for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist staff with desktop, printer, email, and software-related issues.
Set up and maintain user accounts, workstations, and access rights.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hotel applications and systems.
Maintain logs of support requests and resolutions.
Assist in routine system updates and backups.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and hardware replacements.
Provide basic training to users on software and system usage.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
1-3 years of IT support experience, preferably in hospitality.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Office Suite, basic networking.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
