Key Roles & Responsibilities
Provide basic IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Handle printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Assist with CCTV installation, monitoring, and basic maintenance
Perform basic wiring and cable management for IT equipment
Carry out routine system maintenance and software updates
Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain records of IT assets and support activities
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Certification in IT, Computer Hardware, or a related field (preferred)
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems
Understanding of viruses, malware, and antivirus software
Experience handling printers and peripheral devices
Basic knowledge of CCTV systems
Knowledge of LAN cables, wiring, and basic networking
Familiarity with virus removal and antivirus tools
1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience in IT support
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Working Days: Mon-Sat (All Sat Half Day)
Job Time: 9 am - 6 pm
