Responsibilities (but not limited):
IT Helpdesk 1st & 2nd line support (either from users directly or global help desk)
End-user support re. PC, mobile phone, office phone, printer, scanner, etc.; requested via mail/phone/walk-in by end-user
Support work includes troubleshooting, problem isolation/analysis, providing workarounds/resolutions, escalation of issues to manufacturer/IT teams abroad
Support target sites are local offices, warehouses, R&D Centre, annual event at hotel, by remote/onsite, also annual power inspection support for those sites
Additional responsibilities outside of support;
Projects, such as PC/Mobile phone/handy printer kitting, office/warehouse move and expansion, participate global project as local counterpart and handle local tasks,
such as domain migration, Upgrade to Windows10, Office365/Exchange online/IP phone migration, Develop local SharePoint site, Website update
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology preferred
3+ years of experience in IT helpdesk/ticketing system or technical support role, supporting MNC preferred. Some experience in networking setup and support is a definite advantage
Pro-active, customer focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly
Able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively
Some experience in networking setup and support is a definite advantage
Comfortable working in a team or individually
Fluent in English is a must
Able to work outside normal business hours for emergency issues
Immediate availability will be an advantage
Overseas applicants will not be considered at this stage
Computer Skills
Client system Microsoft certification
Windows 7/8/10 MCP/MCITP, MCTS/MCDST, MCSA/MCSE highly desirable
Office 365 environment
VC support experience on Cisco WebEx / Zooms Polycom etc
Working knowledge of Microsoft service (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO)
Mac Skills:
Mac OS
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with company -issued Mac computers and mobile devices.
