Work closely with technology teams to design, test, and implement mortgage payment solutions, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. Provide insights and recommendations to the UI/UX team for enhanced usability and customer experience. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all payment processing and mortgage-related activities comply with financial regulations such as PCI DSS, PSD2, AML, and KYC guidelines. Monitor transaction performance, identify fraud risks, and ensure robust security measures are in place. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making. Analyze payment workflows to identify areas for improvement, cost efficiency, and optimization. Education: o Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Product Management Expertise: o Proven experience as a Product Manager with the ability to plan and facilitate effective requirement workshops with client SMEs and stakeholders. o Strong capability to articulate product vision and business requirements--both written and verbal--with a high degree of clarity and attention to detail. o Expertise in producing hands-on deliverables, including business process flows, requirement specifications, user stories, and managing product backlogs. o Experience collaborating with UI/UX and Visual Design teams to guide user interface development, ensuring alignment with business goals and user-centric design principles. o Skilled in working with Proxy Product Owners from offshore teams, actively participating in requirement grooming, sprint planning, and supporting product engineering teams for successful delivery. o Adequate technical exposure to understand modern web and mobile application development, along with the ability to visualize and interpret data structures effectively. o Knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in an Agile-driven product development environment. Mortgage Domain Expertise: o Deep understanding of the US Mortgage lifecycle, including loan origination, underwriting, closing, servicing, and secondary markets. o Familiarity with mortgage products such as Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans. o Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., CFPB, RESPA, TRID, HMDA) and the ability to navigate the complexities of federal and state guidelines. o Hands-on experience with mortgage servicing platforms, loan origination systems (LOS), and mortgage related data analytics. o Experience with API-based integrations for mortgage underwriting, payment processing, and document verification. o Exposure to AI-driven risk analysis, credit scoring models, and fraud detection within the mortgage space. Analytical & Communication Skills: o Strong analytical mindset with a natural inclination for problem-solving and strategic thinking. o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of negotiating and finalizing product requirements through effective dialogue and visual diagramming. o Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools to generate insights and drive data-backed decision-making. o Ability to create and present business process flowcharts, wireframes, and mind maps using tools like MIRO, draw.io, Visio, and wireframing/prototyping platforms. Certifications (Preferred): o Certifications in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Institute). o Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or financial compliance (e.g., NACHA, SWIFT).
