We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate who has experience in IT Sales and services. We embrace your strengths and ambitions, so you will have an immediate positive impact on our Revenue, Productivity, streamlining Sales & Marketing Plans, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Sales & Marketing role, with a special focus on collaborating with the CEO to develop a Marketing plan for different customer segments in line with the business strategy. Roles and Responsibilities: -
Work with the CEO to influence the creation of a business plan, business priorities and targets for the Financial Year.
Build Up & Improve current Sales & Marketing Funnel to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Building Marketing activities for the organization to improve the Leads.
Portfolio assessments & projections for our key markets that drive Sales.
Leverage data and consumer/market research to design value propositions.
Assess evolving market conditions and business results and course correct periodically, to ensure long-term business goals are met.
Translate the strategic goals into implications for the functional departments, so that they can create their operational plans to achieve required targets.
Sales/ Revenue plan formulation in close coordination with various organizational functions.
Analyzing market dynamics, market share changes, product line performance, and competitive intelligence.
Meeting with the desired clients and converting the deals.
Keep on raising the bar with respect to target setting and achievement.
Conduct periodic reviews of sales teams and initiate corrective actions for improvement of performance.
Adhere to the sales process and maintain lead pipeline from various sources like inbound calls, website and customer references and convert them into sales.
Prepare budget estimates for sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Coordination with all marketing agencies and vendors -creative, BTL, OOH and Digital Marketing
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience required 6+ years and above in a Sales & Marketing role.
Preference will be given to those who have worked in the MMRDA region.
Must have a good knowledge of the IT Service industry.
Adhere to market trends and build effective marketing strategies.
Develop and plan an effective product marketing campaign.
Create and organize marketing operations and functions for product development.
Bring innovative marketing solutions for the company keeping the vision and mission
Close coordination with the marketing team and other departments to ensure smooth working.
Present the company\xe2\x80\x99s market strategies in front of the executives and all the other stakeholders.
Prepare marketing budget plans and proposals for marketing efforts on an annual and quarterly basis.
Create a feasible and practical marketing plan and monitor its execution on a daily basis.
Supervise as well as conduct all marketing operations including organizational communication and promotional activities.
Design promotional campaigns and work on public relations.
Stay up to date with new technology and best practices.
