Key Responsibilities



Business Development & Revenue Growth



Own and achieve

revenue, margin, and growth targets

for SI solutions Identify, qualify, and close

new business opportunities

in enterprise and SMB segments Develop account strategies for

key and strategic customers


Solution & Consultative Selling



Lead

consultative selling

of end-to-end IT solutions including: Networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN) Servers, Storage, Virtualization Cybersecurity & Firewalls Cloud (Public, Private, Hybrid) Collaboration & Data Center Solutions Work closely with

presales and technical teams

for solution design, BOM, and proposals

Key Account Management



Build long-term relationships with

CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement, and CXOs

Manage

RFQs, RFPs, tenders

, and enterprise negotiations Ensure customer satisfaction through

delivery coordination and escalation handling


Vendor & Channel Management



Manage OEM relationships (Cisco, HPE, Dell, Microsoft, Fortinet, Sophos, etc.) Drive

deal registrations, pricing approvals, and special bids

Track certifications, partner compliance, and incentive programs

Sales Operations & Forecasting



Maintain

CRM accuracy

, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting discipline Track sales KPIs: win rate, deal cycle time, margins, pipeline coverage Provide weekly/monthly reports to management
Team Leadership (if applicable)

Lead, mentor, and review

BDMs, Account Managers, and Inside Sales teams

Set targets, monitor performance, and drive skill development

Mandatory Skills & Competencies



Sales & Commercial Skills



Strong experience in

IT system integrator sales

Proven track record in

solution-based and project sales

Excellent negotiation, closing, and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of

pricing, margins, and cost structures


Technical & Domain Knowledge



Solid understanding of: Networking & Security solutions Data Center & Cloud architectures IT Infrastructure lifecycle Ability to translate

technical solutions into business value


Soft Skills



Executive communication and presentation skills Strategic thinking and account planning ability Leadership and cross-functional coordination

Education & Certifications



Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, IT, or Engineering Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation OEM Sales Certifications (Cisco, HPE, Dell, Microsoft, Fortinet, Sophos) Cloud Fundamentals (AWS / Azure)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹359,059.89 - ₹1,575,007.29 per year
