Role Description This is a remote, contract role for an IT Sales position at EquiConsulting Services Pvt Ltd. As an IT Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will provide excellent customer service, consult with clients to understand their needs, and develop and deliver customized IT solutions that meet and exceed their requirements. You will communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT sales Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software and hardware products, and the ability to develop and deliver customized IT solution proposals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently to achieve results Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service Familiarity with CRM software and ability to manage and maintain client databases effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience in the IT industry is preferred
