Job Description

Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting:



Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Client Meetings & Presentations:



Meet clients to understand their IT needs and requirements.

Present and demonstrate IT products, software, or services effectively.

Sales Negotiation:



Prepare proposals and quotations based on client requirements.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals to meet sales targets.

Relationship Management:



Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Provide after-sales support and handle client queries or complaints.

Product Knowledge:



Stay updated with the latest IT trends, products, and technologies.

Understand technical specifications to explain benefits clearly to clients.

Market Research:



Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Suggest strategies for business growth based on market insights.

Collaboration:



Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for client solutions and campaigns.

Work with project and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Reporting:



Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Track progress toward sales goals and targets.

Target Achievement:



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Promote company products and increase market share.
