Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leads.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud, networking, etc.).
Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and agreements.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure client needs are met.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Maintain CRM records with client data, sales pipeline, and follow-up details.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking events when required.
