? Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. ? Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase HR software features and benefits. ? Understand client requirements and provide tailored software solutions. ? Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts. ? Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. ? Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for lead nurturing and customer feedback. ? Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business.
