Job Title: Experienced Female Sales Executive : We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must possess a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of technologies such as website development and digital marketing.
You will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is passionate about sales and possesses a strong understanding of the sales process. Responsibilities: Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and management to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, optimize lead generation efforts, and maximize sales opportunities.
Voice Meetings: Conduct regular voice meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present solutions, address concerns, and move them through the sales pipeline.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our services.
Quotation and Offer: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, proposals, and offers for clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements and budget constraints.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure win-win outcomes and successfully close sales deals. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, analyze competitor activities, and stay updated on industry developments. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development activities. Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, build rapport with clients, and establish trust-based relationships.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Basic understanding of technologies such as website development and digital marketing to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
Work Environment:
  • This is a full-time position based in our office premises. Remote work is not available.
